Slewing bearings are widely applied in agricultural machinery such as combine harvesters, balers, silage machines and plant protection equipment, supporting steering and rotary working functions.

Farm working conditions are harsh with heavy dust, straw debris and mud. The machinery operates intensively in farming seasons and stays idle for a long time off-season, making bearings easy to wear, rust and aging. Therefore, high adaptability, shock resistance and reliable sealing are essential for agricultural slewing bearings.

For medium and light-load farm equipment, single-row four-point contact ball slewing bearings are the best choice with compact structure and flexible rotation. For heavy-duty machinery, double-row different-diameter ball bearings provide stronger anti-impact and anti-overturning performance.

We adopt double-lip or multi-lip NBR sealing to effectively block dust and impurities. The surface is treated with professional anti-rust coating, matched with water-resistant and high-adhesion extreme-pressure lithium grease. Factory pre-filled long-life grease greatly reduces daily maintenance frequency.

Before farming work, check bolt torque, sealing condition and grease volume. Refill grease regularly during operation and clean dust in time. During long-term storage, keep bearings well lubricated and covered, and rotate them periodically to avoid pressure marks and rust.

With proper model selection and seasonal maintenance, our agricultural slewing bearings can maintain stable performance for multiple working cycles.
