1.Precision: Cross-roller bearings achieve higher precision more easily. High-precision four-point contact ball bearings are also available but at higher cost.

2.Rigidity & Shock resistance: Four-point contact ball type performs better under impact and vibration. Cross-roller owns superior rigidity yet is more sensitive to heavy shock.

3.Dimension: Cross-roller bearings are thinner under equivalent load. Fourpoint contact ball bearings cover a much wider range of large diameters.

4.Cost: Large non-standard cross-roller bearings have higher processing difficulty and cost. Four-point contact ball slewing rings feature better cost-performance for large-size projects.
